Return Process
To initiate a return:

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective, incorrect item), we cover the return shipping.

For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once your return is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.

Order Cancellations
